This Wednesday: 3 Soil Health Events You Shouldn't Miss

Writer's picture: Sara (Hessenflow) HarperSara (Hessenflow) Harper

This Wednesday is shaping up to be a great day for soil health and agriculture education. We will be hosting a great conversation with Aldyen Donnelly in our online community about navigating the carbon market and friends of ours are hosting their own events that we think are really valuable as well.

Joel Williams will be providing a short course on Integrated Nutrient Management.

Graeme Finn is speaking at Management & Economics of Cover Crops

Can't make one or all of the events, ask the event coordinators if there will be a recording to watch later. We record all our events and store them in our digital library for members to watch anytime.

Learn more about each event below.

Can farmers get really get paid for the carbon they can store in the ground? Should they? The carbon market to help reduce climate change is a confusing thing for sure. Get your questions ready!

Join us for a great discussion with an ecosystem market veteran, and one of the co-founders of the Nori carbon marketplace, Aldyen Donnelly.

Joel Williams Event

While this is not one of our online community events, it is still likely to be a great one. We are big fans of the work that Joel Williams does, so we wanted to share this event with you.

Our Mission

bmc-button.png

We work to demonstrate and promote the link between healthy soils and the production of nutrient-dense food.  Our strategies include whole system planning for crops, livestock, and/or integrated crop and livestock systems. We know that one-size fits no one so we coach our clients to implement strategies that best suit them, their families, community, and markets, to restore and enhance agro-ecosystem function and services.
